This model was built from a set of floor plans
and an elevation for a town home community not yet built.
I construct these models out of balsa wood, paper, plastic,
bits of moss, twigs, epoxy, plaster of Paris and just
about anything else that works in the scale I'm building in.
In models like this one, the number of panes in a window,
the number of panels in a door, the pitch of the roof,
the size of the lot, all those things are faithfully reproduced.
